Through interview with 8 teachers, themes like Pedagogical Encounter, Linguistic Diversity, and Conscious Dialogue are explored, revealing challenges and strategies in language instruction. The findings emphasize the significance of culturally responsive teaching practices and respectful communication to foster cross-cultural understanding. Moreover, common English proficiency mistakes among Asian learners are identified, alongside effective teaching strategies like Engagement Exercise and Multimodal learning.
