SCC 602: Corporate governance and social responsibility

Abstract

The course deals with the application of the principles, concepts, roles and perspective of corporate governance and social responsibility as integral part of public administration. This course serves as an avenue for the students to have a grasp of how the principles of corporate governance and social responsibility create impact on their personal experiences which form part in training the students become efficient public administrators.
